eCars247 came about because the experience customers have when buying a used car is a poor one that leads to low levels of satisfaction; at least that’s what our research indicates. So, we decided to do something about it. And clearly, customer service is where our focus needs to be.
We didn’t choose our tagline, ‘putting you in the driver’s seat’ just because it’s snappy (it is snappy though isn’t it?). We chose it because it sums up what we want the customer experience to be; one of control where there was previously no control. But, as we all know, words don’t mean a thing, not on their own anyway. Action is what’s needed. Action and a commitment to making life easier for customers. Hopefully the following will do just that:

- Flexible opening hours for our customer service phone line from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm Saturday and 9am – 4pm Sunday
