"Transferring a ton of cash was a worry"

"I have to be honest transferring a ton of cash for my car without having seen it or the premises or the sales person was a leap of faith. They based in Liverpool me based in Essex caused me a few hours sleep.

"Staff are amazing! Buying a car could not be made simpler, you pick the one you like online, turn up and basically have a week test drive (250 miles) and then make your decision. Whilst I am sure all the staff work to the very high standard set a big shout out to David, Jenny & Michael who were my guardians through this process. Whilst I can not say everything was perfect with the car initially (which staff did everything to resolve as quickly as possible) these people kept in touch constantly, not annoyingly like a waiter at a restaurant, to see me through every stage... 10/10 never mind 5 stars!"

"Best experience, best advisers say it as they see it. Up front and very knowledgable, I was weary at first but made the whole experience straight forward and easy. Everyone from eCars247 were very helpful and at the touch of a button knew me and could help and deal with a request before buying. Their advert come up whilst browsing local adverts on AutoTrader which I thought was weird but after realised deliver anywhere. I’d gone to main dealers previously who had knocked the price of my part exchange down excessively! They go off the projected AutoTrader price for your vehicle, as long as you give an honest opinion of your vehicle they guarantee the price!!! New car arrived flowers and chocolates as gifts, the delivery driver (Joe) went over the car in detail showing all controls and how best to drive BRILLIANT!!!! David, Chris and Kelly absolute diamonds especially David always there, as I said I worried about not seeing the car but David reassured me and guided me throughout not pushy or in your face just really professional. It’s definitely down to David I brought the car!! Best experience ever due to everyone concerned. Brilliant experience very happy and my partner loves her new car. THANKS ALL OF YOU AT ECARS247 XXX"
