"Absolutely quality service from everyone at eCars247 from the start !! We purchased an Evoque from them which they sourced to our spec and was perfect 👌🏻 Unfortunately after a week we had a slight issue with the car as the previous owner was a smokers( I was then dubious to see about the 14 day return policy ) Chris,Jenny and David you did not disappoint! Not only was it an option to just return the car they offered to find another which they did and we exchanged the car with no hassle at all and full apology as they had no idea due to it being cleaned and valeted beforehand It’s been a pleasure to deal with this company from the start Very happy with our new car Highly recommended 😊😊👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Thanks again Mick & Elaine"
